Why Lounge Life
A management partner that treats your home like their own
Lounge Life Properties was born from our shared passion for travel, luxury experiences, and exceptional stays. We combined our backgrounds in real estate and business to create spaces that offer a premium, exclusive experience — like the feeling of lounge access at an airport: a place to truly relax, unwind, and enjoy every moment.
Our story began unexpectedly. Mohsin's first words to Christina were, "What's in your luggage?" as they sat beside each other at a public speaking competition on emotional baggage. The connection was instant. Having stayed in Airbnbs across the globe — from Cusco and Playa del Carmen to Venice and Siargao — we know what makes a great stay, from the perfect mattress to clean, well-curated spaces. We bring that same sense of adventure and comfort into every property we touch.

Questions
Good to know
We manage properties all across the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) — reach out with your property address, and we'll confirm coverage and walk you through what's possible.
Our fee covers listing creation, dynamic pricing, 24/7 guest communication, cleaning coordination, maintenance oversight, and monthly reporting. There are no hidden add-ons.
Short-term stays run night-to-night like a typical Airbnb. Midterm rentals host vetted professionals and relocators for stays of typically 30 nights or more (the exact threshold varies by city) — offering steadier income and lower turnover.
Coaching is ideal if you want to run your own rentals or build a business through arbitrage and co-hosting. Whether you're starting your first unit or scaling to ten, we tailor the guidance to where you are.
Not at all. Management clients need a property to manage, but coaching clients often start with arbitrage — leasing a property to sublet — before owning anything themselves.
