How the Rental Process Works

  1. Rental Agreement


    We sign a standard lease agreement with one clause: it allows us to sublease to pre-vetted guests.

2. Application Approval


We co-sign as individuals and as a company, providing credit reports, financials, and proof of income.

3. Move-In

Once approved, we pay first and last month’s rent (plus pro-rated if needed), then furnish and prepare the home at our cost.

Booking Process

1. Guest requests to book → we review within 30 minutes.

2. Only guests with 4+ star ratings and verified profiles are accepted.

3. Guests must agree to our strict house rules before check-in.

4. We stay in touch during their stay and send cleaners immediately after check-out.
